LOCAL band Parisian Swing, who play the swing gypsy jazz of Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli, will be appearing at the Cutter Inn, on the riverside in Ely on Sunday April 7.

Band leader and guitarist Mike Massey said: “It’s great to be playing back in Ely, and we’re looking forward to performing in the Cutter Inn and meeting all our old friends and supporters once again.

“We also look forward to welcoming new enthusiasts for this kind of music. We shall be featuring guest musicians from time to time.”

The band hopes to make these sessions a monthly event at The Cutter.

Parisian Swing have played for ADeC, U3A, Friends of Jubilee Gardens, The Royal Standard, The Almonry and many other venues in and around Ely. For more information please contact Mike on 01353 656959 or visit their website:
