Already feeling stressed this year? Then a meditation retreat like the one that’s coming to Ely Library may be the answer to your relaxation prayers.
On Saturday 30 January, from 10.30am until 1pm, forget about your cares and worries at the event which is open to everyone.
Meditation subjects on the day will include ‘the relief of a quit mind’ and a ‘stress free life’.
Studies have shown that meditation and mindfulness can have remarkable effects on our lives, including: improved concentration and focus in daily life, less stress, worry and anxiety, reduced irritation, anger and frustration, greater inner peace and happiness and increased confidence and self-esteem.
