Archaeologist and Time Team member, Francis Pryor, will discuss his new book on a visit to Ely, in January.
Prior has entered into the world of fiction writing with his gripping and atmospheric debut novel, The Lifer’s Club, which is set in the Fens.
The plot of the book centres around nomadic archaeologist Alan Cadbury – an obsessive for detail who finds himself working alongside the forensic police, investigating a mysterious honour killing.
Mr Pryor will be at Topping and Company, in High Street, on January 20, from 7.30pm. Doors open at 7.10pm.
