Ely Rotary Club are steadily filling Needham’s Hall at Ely Community College with an audience for the repeat of last year’s dance with Opus 17 Big Band, with vocalists Kimberley Devonshire and Tom Veasey, and Barry Tyler’s Original Dixieland Jazz band with their vocalist Binky Pollack.
This year’s event will be on Saturday October 14 starting at 7pm.
The hall offers a large space for dancers, which was almost permanently filled with people last year, as well as tables and chairs for the listeners who will sit and watch the show or sing-along with it.
The bar is accessible at all times, with wines, beers and soft drinks, and there is a raffle.
Tickets, £16, are available from Burrows Bookshop in High Street Passage, Ely and from Wade’s Opticians at the top of the High Street, or by email direct from elyrotary@ericgrant185.plus.com or by calling 01638 780827.
