Everyone’s favourite little blue steam engine, Thomas, will be out and about at the Nene Valley Railway next weekend.
He’ll be pulling his branch-line service from 9.50am until 4.30pm on Saturday 9 and Sunday 10, departing from the Wansford Station (PE8 6LR) at regular intervals.
Wansford will also be home to a host of characters that adults and children might recognise.
Tickets for the event, which permit the holder to take part in all the activities and have unlimited train rides, can be purchased in advance from the NVR website www.nvr.org.uk or on the day from any NVR station.
