Rock and pop group Tears for Fears will take to the stage at Newmarket Nights later this month.

The platinum-selling album duo – Roland Orzabal and Curt Smith – will appear at the Adnams July Course armed with hits like ‘Shout’, ‘Head Over Heels’ and, of course, ‘Everybody Wants to Rule the World’.

Their sixth studio album – ‘Everybody Loves a Happy Ending’, released in 2004 – has sold more than 30 million copies worldwide, featuring some of the most recognised songs in British New Wave music.

The concert takes place on Friday July 29. The first race will start at 5.20pm, and the last will be at 8.35pm with Tears for Fears performing shortly afterwards.

Tickets can be booked by calling 03445 793010.
