‘Razor-sharp, gorgeously staged’ comedy based on Jane Austen novella, Love and Frienship, is to hit the big screen at Ely Cinema this month.
Kate Beckinsale and Chloe Sevigny star as scheming friends Susan and Alicia, who use devious tactics to try and ensnare the heart of eligible bachelor, Reginald De Courcy (Xavier Samuel).
Directed by Walt Stillman, the 1790s romcom will be screened in Ely on Thursday June 30 at 7.30pm, before being shown again on Sunday July 17 (7.30pm).
