Northanger Abbey is to be performed at the Theatre Royal in Bury St Edmunds next month.
Directed by Karen Simpson and adapted by Tim Luscombe, the ‘fresh and fast moving’ adaptation of Jane Austen’s novel retains the classic wit of the original and sees heroine Catherine Morland’s over active imagination getting her into all manner of misunderstandings.
The show opens on Thursday 2 and continues until Saturday 11 February for a range of 2pm, 3pm and 7.30pm performances.
Tickets; £8.50 to £26, available from www.theatreroyal.org or by calling the box office on 01284 769505.
