KD Theatre Productions are gearing up for the Pantomime season and will be returning to the Maltings for their fourth triumphant year with their offering of ‘Alladin.’
Last year’s offering of ‘Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs’ was a sell out success with over 8,000 people attending the run, and the company is hoping to make this year’s spectacular even more successful.
Returning to the cast this year by popular demand will be the hilarious Terry Gauci as Widow Twankey and Matthew Whitby as Wishee Washee. Terry has delighted the audiences for the past few years and is a familiar face around the area.
Also joining the professional cast will be Hannah Shaw as the Princess, Terry Burns as Abanazar, Jack Everson as the Genie and Jordan Veloso as Aladdin as well as children auditioned from the Local Community.
Producer, Daniel Bell, said: “I am so thrilled with how the pantomime has grown over the past few years and we are so proud to be able to bring professional theatre to our home city!”
The pantomime, which is sponsored by Cheffins will run for an extra week this year from the December 22 2016- January 15 2017.
Tickets are available online www.kdtheatre.co.uk or by calling the box office on 01638 781037.
