A COUPLE who are raising money to build a school in Kenya will be hosting a farm fun day and craft fair later this month.

Tractor trailer rides, wellie wanging, a children’s treasure hunt and a coconut shy are just some of the attractions at the event, to be held at Lidgate Farm in Isleham on May 20.

Chris Mahoney and John Quince run the Becken Charity. They have already bought and cleared a plot of land for the new school, and got a well dug. Now they need to raise �50,000 for the building work

The craft fair will be held in the barn, and anyone wanting to hire a stall for �10 can contact Chris on 07990542872. �10 per stall. There will also be a barbecue, tea and cakes available.
