AN exhibition of crafts will be staged in St Mary’s Church at Ely, to co-incide with Ely Cathedral Flower Festival.
Nineteen local craftsmen - from wood turners to artists - will offer their work for sale, and there will be demonstrations of bobbin lace, tatting, quilting and jewellery making.
The show is open on Friday and Saturday, June 21 and 22, between 10am and 4pm. Entry is free, and there will be coffee, lunches, and strawberry teas available in the church hall.
Money raised will be used to support the church’s mission project at The Potters Village in Uganda, and there will be a display of ongoing work in the community.
