Dusty & The Shades of the 60’s is at the Key Theatre in Peterborough on March 7.
Celebrating the life and music of the iconic Dusty Springfield, the show features her biggest hits including ‘I Only Want to be With You’, ‘You Don’t Have to Say You Love Me’, ‘Son of a Preacher Man’, ‘I Just Don’t Know What to do With Myself’ and ‘You Don’t Own Me’.
The graceful Shades of the 60’s take you on a journey through the artists and writers who worked with Dusty over a career spanning three decades; including hits by Burt Bacharach, Carole King, Aretha Franklin and performing popular songs such as ‘Say a Little Prayer’ and ‘Downtown’.
Supported by the glamorous Shades, Dusty’s soulful personality is brought back to the stage in a night out that takes you back to the era of peroxide blonde bouffant hair.
The show starts at 7.30pm. Running time TBC. Tickets via www.vivacity.org
