NEW Hot Yoga Class at The Yoga Studio in Little Downham. This form of yoga has been made popular by Bikram Choudhury in the US.

Hot yoga was created to mimic the heat in India by heating the room to 30-32 degrees C. The body is warmed to allow for a deeper range of movement.
