Get yourself down to Aldreth early next month for a vintage themed fair.

Craft stalls, live music all day from Ian Coulson as Elvis, The Rocking Ukuleles and Jacen Bruce, a beer tent, refreshments, BBQ, 1970s ice cream van, bric-a-brac, tombola, second hand books, vintage vehicles, win a barrow-of-booze, Punch and Judy, raffle and a Spitfire flypast and many other attractions will all feature at the fair.

“We would love people to come dressed in their favourite fashions from any era they wish,” say organisers.

“There will be on the spot prizes for the best dressed and all profits from the day go towards the upkeep of our village community centre.”

The fair, which is free to enter, takes place on Saturday May 7 from 11am to 5pm in School Lane, playing field, High Street, Aldreth, CB6 3PQ.
