Michelle Magorian’s best-selling children’s book Goodnight Mister Tom is coming to the Cambridge Arts Theatre next week.
The Olivier award-winning production starring David Troughton is set during the dangerous build up to the Second World War and follows young evacuee William Beech, who becomes friends with the elderly recluse, Tom Oakley.
All is perfect until William is suddenly summoned by his mother back to London...
Goodnight Mister Tom is at the Cambridge Arts Theatre from Tuesday 3 to Saturday 7 May for a number of 2.30pm and 7.30pm shows.
