The life of William Shakespeare is to be celebrated at the Isle of Ely Festival Players in the coming weeks.
Remembering the life of the famous bard, the ‘Shakespeare Shorts’ will take the audience through an eclectic collection of his best work – from comedy to tragedy and dance to sonnets.
Performers from across the region will be touring in villages across East Cambridgeshire, beginning in Isleham at The Beeches on Saturday June 17.
Performances are as follows:
Saturday June 17: The Beeches, Isleham
Sunday June 18: Kirtling Village Hall, Kirtling
Friday June 24: Little Downham Village Hall, Little Downham
Saturday June 25: Arkenstall Village Centre, Haddenham
