WITCHAM suffered an immediate setback when opener Ralphs was out for three but Spencer and Alsop steadied the game with a partnership of 48.
The Witcham innings ended on 139-8 off their 40 overs. Sheldrick (4-32) led the visitors' bowling attack and Gough took 3-2.
Isleham were unable to get going and they were bowled out for 56 in 18.4 overs. Houghton took 4-22 in seven overs and was supported by Saberton (2-16) and Steel (2-6).
