SOHAM kept their perfect winning record in tact after cruising to a six wicket victory over Littleport II.

With two wins already under their belt, Soham took to the field with supreme confidence and combined fiercely accurate bowling with capable batting to secure the win.

Littleport batted first and started with promise before some measured bowling from across the Soham attack reduced them to just 110 all out. Tom Clayton was the pick of the bowlers with his 3-24. Liam Eley (2-34) Peter Fretwell (2-18) and David Lunn (2-11) also contributed well.

The ever reliable Nick Mingay started the innings well in Soham's reply, reaching a much-needed 45 before he was dismissed by Jones. The batting support was consistent thereafter and the home side reached their target just shy of the 30 over mark.

Doug Marsh was the resounding pick of the Littleport attack as he continued to impress with figures of 3-17 from his incredibly frugal 10 over spell.
