THERE was good news all around for Isleham as both their first and second eleven picked up important wins.
The first team played host to a notoriously tough Needingworth side at the Recreation Ground, but held their never admirably to chase down 147 for victory with some four wickets remaining.
Isleham II meanwhile, smashed their way to a 114 run win at Over III to keep themselves hot on the heels of the league's top sides.
Batting first Isleham racked up 233-7 from their 40 overs to pile the pressure on the home side. The visitors were equally belligerent with the ball and mopped up the last of the Over batsmen for just 119.
