The two-day event took place at Little Thetford Sports Ground and attracted 10 teams from East Anglia and London.
Teams from Cambridge City, Cambridge Tigers, Galacticos, Littleport Lions, Norwich City, Norwich Ice, Phoenix, Vikings and Phoenix played pool matches on Saturday before entering a play-off stage on Sunday.
The final was a closely contested match between Cambridge City and Norwich City, with Cambridge sneaking home 4-2 and winning the tournament trophy.
The plate final was won convincingly by Galacticos as they beat Littleport Lions 6-1.
On Sunday a mini junior tournament was run alongside the senior games with under-11 and under-13 teams from Scorpions and Vikings competing.
The Scorpions teams triumphed in both age groups.
