Neither team could break the deadlock for the first half, although Witchford had the better chances.

Chelsey Morley opened the scoring for the visitors shortly after the break and this was soon followed by a goal - mouth scramble which resulted in an own goal. Histon pushed to get back into the match and did manage a consolation goal but couldn't level the score. Girl of the game for Witchford was Leah Seymour.
