TYLER Goodjohn has continued to make a name for himself after an impressive victory at the weekend.

Tyler, who is a current ABA Junior Champion, came up against Finchley ABC's Danny Murphy in their bout at under-69kg. Despite Murphy having 53 previous fights under his belt, Tyler was too good for his tough opponent and came through with a majority decision.

Coach Mike Sawyer said: "Tyler really came of age in this fight, and will definitely have learnt a lot from this.

"Tyler is one of those fighters who takes on board what he is told straight away and he will gain a lot if he keeps fighting and beating boys who are a lot more senior than he is"

Also on the card for Haddenham ABC were Jesse Smith who managed to gain revenge in a points victory against New Astley's Jamie Corner. Jack Fraser was also a winner on the night as he beat Creon Taoself from St Ives.

Fraser's next fight will be in the upcoming Chatteris meet on December 13th where Tyler Goodjohn and Jack Eur will also be boxing for Haddenham.
