ANGLING: There was a close finish in Pymoor and District Angling Club's open match on Sunday. The winner was Tony Rudderham with 6lb 10oz.
The next open match will be held on Sunday at Branch Bridge. Draw 8.30am with fishing from 10am to 3pm.
An open charity fishing match will be held at Waterbeach Angling Club on September 15. Money raised will be donated to Addenbrookes' Hospital children's ward for leukaemia.
Three lakes have been booked for the event and fishing will be from 10am to 6pm. For more information call Bob Heath on 07784 218842.
