The Ely 10is Academy has crowned two youngsters as player of the year.
Talents Alisa and Julian, who were number one in their respective AEGON teams, were given their awards by academy director, Sebastien Scaux.
He said: “We knew they would have a challenging season but we also knew both of them had the ability to finish the season in a stronger position.
“We can always depend on them because they can do their job.”
Julian played a handful of tournaments for the Ely club last season and bagged victories over higher-ranked players and Alisa went the whole season unbeaten.
“Alisa has quietness about her yet people know she has a calm leadership,” Sebastien added.
“She’s humble and carries herself with such grace. It’s really nice to see.”
The duo will join their club mates in taking in the action at Wimbledon on July 3.
