STRETHAM Junior Netball team competed in the finals of the South Cambs High 5 netball tournament at Comberton Village College on April 21 when they finished joint first. The girls are all from different schools in the area and train every week under coach Caroline Falconer.
High 5 Netball is a fun version of netball for primary school children in Years 4-6.
Mixed teams of five players rotate positions during the game. High 5 was developed to help younger children learn and adapt their netball skills before moving on to the standard seven-a-side game at secondary school.
