Golf ELY’S Emily Slater was crowned Lincolnshire under 21 girls champion last week at Stoke Rotchford Golf Club.
Sixteen-year-old Emily shot an impressive par round of 72 on the challenging contours of the parkland course.
Emily will now be competing in national competition’s over the next month whichwill see her travel to the English Girls Championship at Tiverton Golf Club, in Somerset, St Andrew’s Junior Ladies Open, at St Andrews, The British Girls Championship at Fairhaven Golf Club, in Lancashire, and the Prince of Wales Armature Trophy at Woburn Golf Club.
