Soham dropped into the relegation zone with a 2-0 home defeat to Cray Wanderers, with both the goals coming in the second half.
Midway through the second half, Wanderers opened the scoring when Malik Ouani received a cross field ball, to turn just outside the area and fire a low shot in at the near post.
Deep into stoppage time, Andre McCollin raced towards the Soham penalty area only to be tripped just inside the box by Dave Theobald.
The captain was dismissed by the referee with the visitors being awarded a penalty. McCollin got up to send Reynolds the wrong way to score Cray’s second goal of the game.
The Greens are back in action at AFC Sudbury tomorrow night.
