SOHAM Town's winter blues continued last night as they went down 1-0 at home to Sutton Coldfield.

Coming off the back of three successive losses, the most recent being the 4-3 reverse at home to Leighton on Saturday, Soham were once again narrowly edged out, this time courtesy of a Neil Davis goal after 75 minutes.

The bad run for Ian Benjamin's side leaves them in 15th place in the BGB Midlands League with 17 points to their name.

Ely City's Cambridgeshire Invitational Cup game against Great Shelford last night was postponed with a waterlogged pitch the culprit.
