A SECOND-half flurry from CRC consigned Ely City to their second defeat in as many games on Wednesday night.
Despite a determined display from Lee Pacey in the Robins' goal that kept the home side at bay for long periods, the pressure finally told and CRC notched three goals in 10 second-half minutes to seal the win.
Jordan Patrick, Jack Eades and Adam Marriott all registered to secure what was an ultimately comfortable win.
The Robins next game is at home to Histon Reserves on Saturday.
