A WITCHFORD teenager has been selected for the British Roller Skating squad.

Nancy Allen, 15, attended her first training session with the squad at Alfreton, Derbyshire, on Sunday.

Nancy, a member of Ely Roller Skating Club, recently won the Bronze Championship and achieved selection to the squad after a number of impressive competition results last year.

She is now in training for the British Youth Championships in St Ives in June.
