Ely II v Coton
Match abandoned
ELY and Haddenham second team were left ruing yet another non-result as weather affected their bottom of the table clash with Coton.
Having won the toss, skipper Benjamin Storey chose to bowl, taking advantage of the new ball on a bowler friendly wicket.
The bowling partnership of Mark Deas and Storey caused all sorts of problems and Coton slumped to 17-5 in 14 overs. Deas picked up one wicket and Storey the other four.
Coton's Speller and Breward put on a partnership of 29 but when it was broken by Sam Cornwell's wicket, the visitors slumped to 112 all out.
