KING'S School Ely first netball team has remained unbeaten this season.
"It's been a real team effort," said coach, Lesley Wilson. "We've played some strong teams and almost every one of our seven matches has seen high scoring by both sides."
Only three games have been played at home and all have been nail-biters: 25-22 against Kimbolton, 26-23 against Culford and 23-19 against The Leys, on Tuesday.
An away match against the Perse Girls saw King's win by the widest margin, 31-15. King's shooters, Fiona Slater (captain), Lizzie Bradley and Tori Lee, have scored a total of 179 goals, and the team has conceded 137.
