Ely 54 Milton 30
ELY secured a spot in the play-offs and remain in contention for automatic promotion, thanks to a superb win on Saturday.
Brilliant attacking play by Katie Child and Jenny Calvert ensured that shooters Cassie Start and Amy Beck were given plenty of chances, and both players were in fine form, giving Ely a 27-10 half-time lead.
Olivia Petherick came on at goal defence in the third quarter and helped Sue Deas and George Barnes keep the opposition's score down.
Rampant attacking play saw another 17 goals scored, more than one every minute, before taking it easy in the final quarter.
