Mepal Sports are hoping for a season of success in their newly-sponsored kit.
The local talents have been backed by Soopa Doopa Branding, whose name will take pride of place on Mepal’s home shirts this season. Soopa Doopa is an Ely-based supplier of branding for promotional products.
Mepal have had a solid start to their Cambs MPG 2B campaign, only experiencing defeat twice in their six games.
They currently sit in fourth in the league standings having beaten Soham United Reserves, March Rangers and Manea United. Sports hit six goals in their win over Manea with Chris Silvain netting half of them.
They will hope to progress in the Cambs Junior Challenge Cup this weekend when they travel to Mott MacDonald (3pm).
