A fleet of footballing prospects have enhanced their reputation in East Cambridgeshire by scooping the Premier Sock Tape 15B League title.
Littleport Town under 15s lifted the title last weekend after surging to an excellent 6-2 success over league rivals, Haverhill Rovers Youth White.
The Littleport starlets only needed one point to secure the title, but a brace apiece from Dylan Marshall and Daniel Pullar and further strikes from Josh Fraser and Daniel Nicholson helped them to a resounding away victory.
The Port juniors, managed by Lee Yearn, finish their campaign having only been beaten four times in their 18 matches and having scoring an impressive 60 goals – 11 more than second-placed Red Lodge Youth.
