Men's League

LEADERS Soham A had a clean sweep at Hiams and though their opening three victories were marginal they have since put together a run, improving their shot advantage by 133.

Littleport and City of Ely maintained their challenge, but Newmarket went down to Ely Beet B, who move above them.

Ely Beet A lost on three rinks at Haddenham, but were covered by Fred Harrison's trio who had enough shots to earn the bonus points for an unusual 4-3 scoreline.

Ladies' League

SOHAM ladies' fortunes are a reverse of their men. The B team kept their unbeaten record against Fordham, while the A team lost to lowly Hiams.

Isleham stay second following a one-shot success over Chippenham as Haddenham go third with sufficient shots to turn their shots deficit to a plus.

City of Ely's climb continued when they cruised through at home to Cottenham.

Afternoon League

NO fixtures were scheduled over the bank holiday weekend but a few of the matches rained off early in the season were re-arranged.

In the only match in Division One, Haddenham A's five points at Mildenhall lifted them off the bottom of the table.

Milton overwhelmed Cottenham to increase their hold on the second division, and Stretham jumped four places thanks to their defeat of Isleham.
