King’s Ely’s equestrian team sent two groups of budding horse riders to the Jays Equestrian Centre in Suffolk.
The teams rode to success at the centre, with a number of top-five finishes.
Ellie Grimsey popped round the 60cms first and then was instrumental in the 70cms team’s fifth-place finish.
Ellie herself came second, which was a great help to her teammates Rebecca Everitt and Ryan Shaw.
Katie Cameron, Ryan Shaw, Rebecca Everitt and Thea Holdaway were victorious in the 80cms course, with Katie also riding home to victory individually.
The 90cms class saw Thea Holdaway and Katie Cameron competing as individuals and the class produced another win for Katie Cameron, who was also placed fifth in the 1 metre course.
