MILDENHALL'S title challenge ended on Saturday. After going 3-0 down at half-time, Liam Harrold's fifth and sixth goals in three games sparked a revival before a late strike finished them off.
But Wroxham beat CRC 1-0 to secure the title and make the result of Mildenhall's match purely academic.
Paul Atkins put the hosts 1-0 up with a shot from 12 yards after Mildenhall failed to clear a corner.
Harrold somehow lifted a shot over from two yards after a Matty Clements cross and, 10 minutes later, Nicky Howe doubled the home team's lead when his deflected shot beat Ben Nower.
Just before half-time Dereham full-back Sam Willis scored a delightful chip from 20 yards to make it 3-0.
Substitute Chris Barrett showed blistering pace to race on to Wayne Goddard's through-ball and cut back for Harrold to score into an empty net, and the striker scored his second from the penalty spot in the 70th minute after Andy Eady was pushed.
But five minutes later, Daniel Beaumont wrapped up the points with a strike from the edge of the area.
n Mildenhall play Wroxham in their final match of the season, on Saturday.
