A BENEFIT match for injured Mildenhall striker Neal Docking will take place tonight (Thursday).

Mildenhall will play a special Neal Docking XI, featuring many past and present players from his former clubs Soham Town Rangers and Chelmsford.

Docking broke his leg in two places in a Mildenhall Reserves match at the end of March, while returning to fitness for the first team, and has required a number of operations.

In six seasons at Soham, Docking played 254 games and scored 121 goals.

The match, at Mildenhall's Recreation Way, kicks off at 7.45pm.

All proceeds will go to Docking.
