LIKE the weather, things have certainly brightened up for Littleport-based Falcons Netball Club. The team has recently started off the season coming second in the Cambridgeshire and District AGM Tournament, missing out on first place by only a few points.
LIKE the weather, things have certainly brightened up for Littleport-based Falcons Netball Club.
The team has recently started off the season coming second in the Cambridgeshire and District AGM Tournament, missing out on first place by only a few points.
The winning streak has continued in the summer league so far, with the local team winning all of their first four matches against Jets II (31-15), MI7 (33-27), Stretham (18-17) and most recently, in what was one of their most exciting matches, Burwell (37-34).
Falcons will be holding their own tournament at this year's fun day at Littleport Leisure Centre on Sunday, July 9.
