THE weekend's atrocious weather has taken its toll on Wednesday's football fixtures as both Ely and Soham have seen matches called-off.

Frozen pitches at both Kings Lynn Reserves, who were due to host Ely and Aylesbury, who were welcoming Soham, have caused both games to be postponed following late morning pitch inspections. As yet no date has been arranged for either match to be replayed.

Weather permitting, Ely will be travelling to Tiptree on Saturday with Soham due at Sutton Coldfield.
