Cycling A GROUP of seven riders from the Ely & District Cycling Club made the short trip to Tottenhill on Good Friday to line up for the King’s Lynn CC Time Trial.
The event started in sunshine, but quickly deteriorated into bleak skies and snow showers.
Leading the club home on the day was Matt Eley, who posted a time of 25 minutes and 46 Seconds. Other riders in action on the day were Cliff Loveday (26:22), Andy Darley (27:37), Colin Whitechurch (28:27), Celia Whitechurch (32:04), Julian Whitechurch (32:55) and Liam Walker (33:38). The winning time was posted by Wisbech Wheelers rider, Matthew Webster, who completed the course in 23 minutes and 6 seconds
