LITTLEPORT darts ace Betty Berry clinched the Mid-Anglia region’s women’s Champion of Champions title with a superb performance at the Rathmore Club in Cambridge.
Berry, who has thrown for Cambridgeshire for many years but plies her trade locally in the Newmarket and District Darts League, defeated county team-mate Sue Bell in an impressive final display, winning 3-0.
She also beat the former title-holder Maria O’Neill on the way to the final, a comfortable 3-1 win confirming her impressive form.
