Chatteris 0

PORT carried on from recent weeks with another strong performance on a muddy pitch.

Connor Moore with a great performance in defence opened the scoring with a penalty for Port. The Chatteris keeper was in fine form and frustrated the Port front men. A great corner from Jay Coombs left a Chatteris defender with no option but to head in his own net and Ellis Yearn finished the scoring with a clinical finish. George Thurlow was a stand-out performer for Port.

Willingham Wolves 1

Ely Crusaders 12

ELY'S strength in depth was evident as six separate scorers combined for a double digit win at Willingham.

Sam Felton, Anthony Riches, Jacob Waters, Jordan Marston and James Barrett all claimed one each and a Lewis Hook brace saw Crusaders to a 7-0 half time lead

Ely changed their tactics in the second-half but, with some of the players taking a little time to settle into unfamiliar roles, the flow of the game slowed. Eventually Felton, Marston, Riches and Waters all claimed a second goal each and with Hook firing home, to claim a hat-trick, Ely had moved well into double figures. A late Willingham consolation completed the scoring.

Walpole Warriors 1

WITCHFORD had beaten the Walpole team in the cup on penalties before Christmas but went a goal down early on and struggled to find their feet.

A number a shots went wide before Davie Thompson managed to equalise during the first-half. This motivated the Witchford boys and a better team performance shone through. Nathan Parker managed to stop Walpole further increasing their lead and Thompson managed to put two more into the net for Witchford to take the well deserved win.

Cambridge Diamonds 1

IT took just four minutes for Alfie Oakman to open the scoring for Littleport on a difficult snow sodden pitch with Josh Clarke and Keane Whittaker adding to the tally before the break.

Cambridge Diamonds started the second half in fighting spirit and soon pulled a goal back. Port had to dig deep with Bailey Yearn and Sam Quarrier breaking up the Diamonds attack at every opportunity. Port's fourth was an own goal but Tyler Hines scored Port's fifth goal seconds from time to seal the win.

UNITED dominated the early stages and claimed the lead when a ball from Jonno Threadgold released Ross Grant-Royall who slotted home.

Isleham linked well and soon added another courtesy of Shay Sillitoe. A super cross from Thomas Griffin set up Jonno Threadgold who finished for Isleham's third. Jamie Eavis made some good stops including a one-on-one point blank save, but Over kept up the pressure and pulled one back. Ross Grant-Royall was on target for his second making it 4-1 but Over added another a minute before the break.

In the second half Over scored early on, then Shay Sillitoe hit a super shot into the back of the net to notch his second. Over replied and then netted again to pull level. Isleham regained the lead as Ben Stucky smashed home but the hosts broke through and grabbed the equalizer late on.
