ELY produced a strong all around team performance to claim a victory against Witchford.

Jake Butler struck first for Ely as he registered his fourth in four games. Crusaders finished the half on a high as Lewis Hook pounced on the loose ball to fire home. Ely began the second period in the same vein as they had finished the first and Sam Scarborouh made the points safe with a fine finish. As Crusaders pressured the Witchford goal it was Hook who claimed his second of the game with a sweet left foot drive following a tight turn in the penalty area.

EUAN Gilmour helped Witchford take the lead after only a few minutes.

Goalkeeper Nathan Parker made a great save to keep Isleham behind but a goal just before half time took it to a draw at the break. Isleham took the lead just as the second half started and Witchford battled to score again. Leaving it to the last couple of minutes, Matthew Loades headed in to equalize and then scored again a moment later to seal the win for Witchford.

ELY started brightly and it wasn't long before Finley Logan opened the scoring with the first of his four goals. Chris Lewis netted the second with a tremendous solo effort. The flood gates then opened with Crusaders' defence rarely troubled and the attackers taking it in turns to score, finishing the half seven goals to the good. Ely kicked on in the second half and netted a further eight times. Goals came from Finley Logan (4), Max Wright (3), Kyle Thurston (3) Chris Lewis (2), Edward Kratz (1), Alfie Green (1) and Samuel Quarrier.

Godmanchester Rovers 1

PORT struggled to find their form again but still ran out comfortable winners.

Port opened the scoring with a strong run and finish from Tom Beresford, Port had chances to increase their lead but the visitors defended well and just before halftime Godmanchester got a deserved equalizer. Carl Lightfoot restored Port's lead with a shot into the bottom corner. Beresford netted number three for Port with the scoring completed by Jake Kennedy from a free kick.

Ely Crusaders 8

ELY opened the scoring when Phil Cowlan chased a through ball down and then beat the keeper. Minutes later a pass from the Ely defence was chased down by Sam Young who volleyed home. Cowlan then doubled his tally with a header over the keeper and Jon Bartlett chipped the keeper to make the score four.

Cowlan completed his hat-trick late in the first half with Young chipping the keeper to double his tally.

Just before the half time whistle Ali Bailey scored with Jordan Wilkinson completing the scoring in the second half.
