A feast of top-class badminton comes to Burwell this weekend.
Burwell Sports Centre is the venue for the 39th Cambridgeshire Open Badminton Tournament, to be held tomorrow and Saturday.
A record number of entrants are expected to take part, with more than 100 having already signed up.
The initial rounds of the men's singles will be played on Friday evening, with Essex's Daniel Plant defending the title he has won for the last four years.
Buckinghamshire's Michelle Chueng, who is aiming for a place in the London 2012 Olympics team, is aiming for her fourth successive title in the ladies singles, which starts on Saturday at 10am.
Top seeds in the doubles are Daniel Plant and Ian Murphy (mens), Sharon Crane and Toni Sturgeon (ladies) and Murphy and Sturgeon (mixed).

Spectactors are welcome on both days and admission is free.
