RUGBY pro Gordon Ross made a guest appearance at King’s Ely this week to present the junior and senior 1st teams with their jerseys in time for the start of the new season.
Ross, who has 25 caps for Scotland and now plays for London Welsh, also held a masterclass for the Under 14 As during their lunch break.
Head of sport, Ben Edmondson, said: “While the overall goal was to highlight the importance of playing for the 1st teams, the students were really inspired by Gordon’s visit and we hope this is reflected in their performance throughout the season.”
