Little Downham v Sutton
Sutton won by 20 runs
THE Sutton innings got off to a disastrous start and the visitors slumped to 21-4.
But a middle-order revival and a last wicket stand of 31 by Faux (22) and Robinson (12) helped the team to a respectable 136 in 38.3 overs.
Baker took 3-19, White 3-35 and Connolly 2-45.
Little Downham found conditions had not improved after a rain break and despite Baker's 24, the home side struggled in the face of good Sutton bowling and they were bowled out for 116.
The Sutton bowling figures were headed by Coulson's 3-22, Cobbin's 3-21, and Braybrooke's 2-19.
