'PORT performed very well to gain a draw on a quagmire of a pitch at Comberton. Port scored first when Colt Harvey broke clear to outpace the home defence and provide a good finish. After that Port dominated the rest of the half. Wakefield hit the bar with a header while Harvey and Jamie Davidson also went close. Port continued to defend well and led at half time.
The home team came out in the second half looking for an equalizer which came with around 10 minutes left to play. After that Port continued to hold firm despite mounting pressure and the game resulted in a 1-1 draw.
