A new centre aimed at local young people officially opened on Saturday.
Among the activities at Youth Ely Hub, which is located on 24 Barton Road, are table football, a Playstation3, Nintendo Wii, computers and much more.
There is also free Wi-fi at the centre.
Elaine Griffin-Singh, director of Youth Ely Hub, said: “A lot of work has been put in at Centre E but it is all for nothing if we can’t spread the word!”
The centre will be open three nights per week: Monday’s 6-10pm for over 13s, Tuesday’s 6-8.30pm for eight to 13-year-olds and Wednesday’s 6-10pm for over 13s.
